I accidentally clicked "remove from profile grid" on my latest reel and I was really upset, so through some reddit searches I have figured out a way to get it back on the grid. Here is how to do it: If you have an android phone (or you can borrow one from a friend/family member).  Download the previous version of Instagram for android (the August 2020 version) onto your phone via this link:  https://instagram.en.uptodown.com/android/download/2380709 This will be saved as an .apk file. Make sure you delete the latest version of Instagram - so you can install and login to the older version. Once you log onto the old version of instagram (reels tab won't appear immediately, so give it a few minutes) Click on the reel and then click the ... button, there will be an option to "Add to Profile Grid."
